Our story
Maison Amie started from a shared frustration with the “business lunch”. I spent years in the corporate world, and the catering was always the same: big trays of messy sandwiches or big salads. I’d be in these beautiful showrooms or big meetings, and the food just didn’t match the energy of the room. It was either too much, too heavy, or just… a mess.
Coming from Paris, I grew up with the idea that food should be refined and effortless. I kept thinking about the perfect finger sandwich - something small, chic, and high-quality that you could actually eat while working without ending up with crumbs on your laptop or your outfit.
So, Maison Amie was born.
We’re a small New York startup with a very specific obsession: making the "perfect bite." Our sandwiches are tiny, refined, and hand-wrapped so they’re actually easy to eat during a conversation. No bulk trays, no volume catering. Everything comes in single-layer, perfectly fitted boxes.
Whether it’s an editorial office, a gallery opening, or just a team that appreciates the details, Maison Amie is about bringing that Parisian restraint to NYC. It’s food for people who care about the aesthetics as much as the taste.
