Orders & The Maison Amie Standard
We’re a small house, so we put a lot of love into every box. To make sure everything is perfect:

Lead Time: Please get your orders in at least 24 hours before your event.

Changes: Need to add more guests? Let us know 48 hours out. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once we start prepping, we can't decrease order sizes.

Cancellations: Life happens. For your custom orders, cancel 72 hours before for a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, the order is non-refundable because we’ve already sourced those beautiful ingredients for you.

Food Safety & Your Responsibility (The "Transfer of Liability")
Our finger sandwiches are fresh and delicate.

The Hand-Off: Once we deliver the boxes and they’re signed for, the responsibility for food safety shifts to you.

Keep It Chilled: To keep things safe and delicious, sandwiches must be kept refrigerated if not consumed in the next 2 hours.

The 2-Hour Rule: Per NYC Health guidelines, any food left at room temperature for more than 2 hours should be tossed. Maison Amie is not liable for any illness or "tummy troubles" that happen if food is stored or handled incorrectly after we leave.

Allergen Disclaimer
We take pride in our precision, but our kitchen is a busy place where nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood are present.

Cross-Contamination: While we are incredibly careful, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

Labeling: In accordance with NY State Law, all our boxes come with allergen flyers. It is your job to make sure your guests see these! Maison Amie disclaims all liability for allergic reactions if guests were not properly notified.

2. Privacy Policy

What We Do With Your Data
We’re in the business of sandwiches, not selling data.

Information We Collect: Just the basics - your name, corporate email, and delivery address so we can get your order to you.

Third Parties: We only share your info with people who help us run the business (like our payment processor or delivery partners). We don't spam.

Cookies: Our site uses cookies just to make your experience smoother (like remembering what’s in your cart).
