We require at least 24 hours' notice, seven days a week. For larger or highly customized events, 48 hours or more is recommended. The earlier you contact us, the more precisely we can compose the menu and service.

Finger sandwiches are $6 each for veggie, cheese and sweet recipes and $7 for meat and fish - boxes start at $48. Events are composed and quoted individually, with your tailored proposal within one business day. Delivery is $15 on orders under $500 and $20 on orders of $500 and above. Prices are before NY sales tax.

There is no fixed headcount - every event is composed and quoted individually. For a smaller or more spontaneous table, the discovery boxes are the simplest route.

Three service levels: drop-off (delivered ready to serve), buffet setup (we dress the table), or passed service with staff for receptions.

The discovery boxes are the menu in miniature - come by the boutique in SoHo, or ask for one at least 24 hours ahead, before you book.

Every box exists vegetarian; five of our twelve recipes are vegetarian by design. Vegan menus can be composed for events.

Not at the moment - every recipe is made on our wheat bread, so we can't offer gluten-free sandwiches yet. Our kitchen also handles gluten, so please let us know about any allergies in your order.

For events, yes - the twelve-recipe menu is the starting wardrobe, not the limit.
