We require at least 48 hours' notice. For larger or highly customized events, 72 hours or more is recommended. The earlier you contact us, the more precisely we can compose the menu and service.

Every event is custom - menu, format and service style are composed for you, and quoted individually. Your tailored proposal arrives within one business day, delivery and setup included in Manhattan.

There is no fixed headcount - every event is composed and quoted individually. For a smaller or more spontaneous table, the discovery boxes are the simplest route.

Three service levels: drop-off (delivered ready to serve), buffet setup (we dress the table), or passed service with staff for receptions.
