Maison Amie started with a frustration. I spent years in the corporate world, and the catering was always the same - big trays of messy sandwiches, big salads. Beautiful showrooms, important meetings, and food that never matched the energy of the room.
I grew up in Paris with the idea that food should be refined and effortless. I kept thinking about the perfect finger sandwich - small, chic, well made, something you can actually eat mid-conversation without crumbs on your laptop or your outfit. So, Maison Amie was born.
We're a small New York house with one obsession: the perfect bite. Our sandwiches are small, refined and hand-wrapped, so they're easy to eat while the room keeps talking. No bulk trays - everything arrives in single-layer, perfectly fitted boxes.
Whether it's an editorial office, a gallery opening or a team that appreciates the details, Maison Amie brings a little Parisian restraint to New York.

French delicacy, New York pace, and the generosity we'd offer a friend.
The codes of the French tea salon - cloud-soft bread, precise cuts, no crusts and an instinct for restraint.
Reimagined for the pace of the city - individual, one-handed, effortless in a boardroom, a showroom or a reception.
"Amie" means friend - our standard for every table: thoughtful, generous, beautifully presented, made without compromise.
One form, five minutes, a tailored menu within one business day. No commitment - just a very good proposal.
